Der Autor ist Matthew Costello, der Fans nicht gänzlich unbekannt sein dürfte: Matthew schrieb die Storyline für Doom 3 und zeichnet in selber Funktion auch wieder bei Rage verantwortlich.

Weiterhin veröffentlichte er schließlich zwei Romane zu Doom 3 - Worlds on fire und Maelstrom - welche die Story in einer eigentlich angedachten Variation erzählen.

Oh, na das nenne ich mal flott lokalisiert. Wenn man bedenkt, dass die ersten vier Doom-Romane (nicht die von M.C.) Jahre bis zum Erscheinen in Deutschland gebraucht haben; aber das liegt wohl am geänderten Markt hierfür im Allgemeinen.

Hab mir das gute Stück heute im englischen Original bestellt - für 10,40 Euro bei Amazon (sogar lagernd vorrätig ).
